MIAMI, FL — July 29, 2024 — Carisk Partners, a leading specialty risk transfer and care coordination company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Aaron Ware as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Aaron joins Carisk Partners with over 20 years of leadership experience in finance and operations. His extensive expertise in financial management, coupled with a proven track record of driving organizational expansion and profitability, positions him as an ideal leader to help guide Carisk Partners through its next phase of growth.

Prior to joining Carisk Partners, Aaron served as VP of Finance at Bold Penguin, a leader in the insurance technology space. Previously, he spent 16 years in the Workers’ Comp industry in various finance leadership roles where he played a key role in the development of Progressive Medical through its sale to Stone Point Capital in 2010, again in 2013 to Kelso & Company, and finally in 2016 to Optum.

Aaron obtained his BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business and his MBA from Capital University. He currently resides in Columbus, OH with his wife and two sons.
