Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be driven to succeed and have knowledge of the Workers Compensation industry, landscape and its players. The Regional Sales Executive will identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients and represent Carisk Payment Integrity in the marketplace. In constant pursuit of new opportunities to drive business growth, the Regional Sales Executive will be capable of converting prospects to customers while keeping with the Carisk belief that “We do Well by Doing Good”.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Networking – Leverage your current connections to grow and develop a strong network of contacts. Attract and build relationships with new clients. Maintain strong relationships with current clients and partners. Represent Carisk at conferences and other industry networking opportunities.
- Relationship Building – Build and maintain authentic, long-lasting, strong relationships with clients while partnering with them to better understand how Carisk Payment Integrity can help them meet their business objectives and needs.
- Product Knowledge – Properly position Carisk Payment Integrity specific to each prospect’s needs, goals and desires. Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
- Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of industry-specific trends and how Carisk Payment Integrity provides a needed valuable solution.
- Collaboration – Work closely and collaboratively with sales, marketing and operations teams to provide exceptional service to our clients while exceeding sales goals and objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the workers compensation industry with strong network of contacts
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Relationship builder with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Collaborative team player
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Business acumen with an understanding of consumer psychology
- Creative problem solver and strategic thinker
- Good organization and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
